Rainy Days.......

It's been rainy days for two weeks now at my home. We have run out of ways to entertain our 17 month old. He is absolutely miserable at this point. During a break in the showers we finally got a chance to take him on a walk. Boy oh Boy was he happy...

You would think we would get so many projects completed due to this awful weather. Instead we play games, watch lots of tv and read.

Today I got a little surprise from the hubby. He hung my mirror. Oh my heart is singing loud with JOY. It's absolutely gorgeous. I had asked him to hang it low enough to show the new chandelier shining through. So romantic. Now I have to finish my bench tutorial and make some final decisions on my art wall. I want to mix my frames, but it's causing major anxiety. Honestly I have never mixed frames. It's overwhelming. Hopefully the rain will give us a break next weekend. My goal is to get out and try to find a sweet old window. Maybe some large antique jars. We have one we found at Pier One like 5 years ago and I would love 2 more in different sizes with a similar style. Pottery Barn has some great ones, but unfortunately they are to pricey.
